These special offers for a fortnight and more also apply to stays which overlap two different periods. The reductions will be calculated for each period.
Deposit : to be given when you arrive and given back at the end of your
staying after the inventory : 200 € per flat type 100 – 101 – 102 –103 and 300 € for the 104 type given back at the end of your staying after inventory. The deposit has to be paid either with a check or with a credit card number. Cash isn’t accepted.
If clients leave before 8.00 am, it is obligatory to pay cleaning charges.
Local Tax : 0,70 € per person and per day, to be paid at the end of your staying
